Service fees will be clearly communicated before engagement. Payment terms and methods will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are subject to applicable Dutch VAT.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of humourkyep B.V. or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and humourkyep B.V. regarding the use of our services.
